Women clearly have different training goals than men do. Very often women have goals that include toning, weight management or weight loss, increase bone density or concentrate on a particular area of the body. Our trainers understand these concerns and will focus on the specific issues and concerns of the female client. They will listen to you and dedicate the time to your needs. We can focus on your core, your thighs, your hips, etc....and train accordingly. You will be comfortable at Hanson Fitness and have a sense of that "at home" kind of feeling. We will help you get to your fitness goals and guide you in areas you may have questions or are feeling unsure about. We will concentrate on the areas you want to work on and will also not hesitate to make suggestions for optimal fitness and health.
